Faf du Plessis may have missed out on the Orange Cap, but the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain finished the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) season with the most sixes. The opener hit 36 sixes in the campaign, finishing ahead of Shivam Dube (35), Shubman Gill (33) and Ruturaj Gaikwad (30), who were all involved in the playoffs.
Glenn Maxwell was also in the top five with 31 maximums.

This infographic from GrabOn paints the picture. Superstar Shubman Gill topped the run-scoring charts as well as the most fours, hitting 85 of them across 17 matches. Yashasvi Jaiswal came in second with 82, followed by Devon Conway (77), David Warner (69) and Virat Kohli (65).
Gujarat Titans had the top-three wicket-takers – Mohammed Shami, Mohit Sharma and Rashid Khan – which makes their loss in the final all the more heartbreaking. Piyush Chawla and Yuzvendra Chahal round out the top five.
