MI Cape Town:

• Grant Roelofsen scored the most runs in the 2022/23 CSA T20 Challenge. He struck 333 runs in eight innings at an average of 47.57 and strike rate of 132.66.
• Will the talented Dewald Brevis find consistency? He hit a memorable 162 in the CSA T20 Challenge, but his tournament was also filled with a number of single digit scores. Overall, he struck at a magnificent 176.75.
• Rassie van der Dussen has a terrific record at Newlands. In 13 matches, he has struck 464 runs at an average of 46.40 and strike rate of 127.17.
• Sam Curran recently became the most expensive player in IPL history. He was player of the tournament in the 2022 T20 World Cup, and will be aiming to make an immediate impact.
• Expect Rashid Khan to bowl himself early. He has an incredible record against Jos Buttler in T20s, with total figures of 4/31 in 49 balls.
• Beuran Hendricks has taken the third-most wickets in T20s at Newlands (26) at an average of 18.62 and strike rate of just 12.92. In fact, this is the second-best strike rate of any bowler with at least 20 wickets at Cape Town.
