HUR vs STA Dream11 Prediction & Fan2Play Possible 11 Pitch Report: BBL 2022/23 Match 35 | HH vs MS Dream11 Prediction Today | Hobart Pitch Report
It’s time for Hobart Hurricanes and Melbourne Stars to get going. Both teams have struggled for consistency so far in BBL 12, for differing reasons. The Hurricanes have not been able to stem the flow of runs, conceding some of the biggest totals in BBL history. The Stars, on the other hand, haven’t scored enough runs.
Which team will hold their nerve best in this crunch clash? It doesn’t get any easier as Hobart will be without Matthew Wade, while the Stars will have to cope without Marcus Stoinis in what looks to be a bigger blow on paper. So, the onus is on players who haven’t quite delivered consistently to produce in this crucial encounter.
Stars sit bottom. Hurricanes are sixth. With Adelaide Strikers set to welcome back Travis Head and Alex Carey, along with their much better net run rate of +0.925, there is very little room for error for these two sides.

- Meredith also has the second-most wickets of any bowler at Bellerive Oval. He has taken 25 wickets in 18 matches, striking every 16.08 balls.

Melbourne Stars:
- Joe Clarke struck a century against Hurricanes earlier this season. He has scored 28 off 21 against Riley Meredith and 21 off 16 against Nathan Ellis, both without dismissal.
- Hilton Cartwright hit 35 off 31 balls in his last game, against Sixers. It may not seem great on paper, but he looked more comfortable in the number three role.
- Beau Webster has hit four single digit scores in a row (0, 3, 8, 8). He has taken a wicket in each of his last three matches, but the Stars need him to stand up in the absence of Stoinis.

Bellerive Oval Hobart Pitch Report and Weather
There is a small chance of showers in the evening in Hobart. However, it shouldn’t impact the game too much, if at all.
In the last game on this ground, Hurricanes chased down Strikers’ 177 with a mammoth 16 balls to spare on a beautiful batting track. Expect another good surface with minimal turn for the spinners with short, square boundaries.
