IRE vs SA 2nd T20 Dream11 Prediction & Fan2Play Possible 11 Pitch Report | IND vs SA 2nd T20 Dream11 Prediction Today | Bristol Pitch Report
Yet again this summer, Ireland had a genuine shot at victory, only to fall short. The latest such instance was against the highly-rated South Africa team, with Lorcan Tucker (78 off 38) and George Dockrell (43 off 28) lifting hopes of a monumental run chase of 212.
In the end, Ireland’s plethora of short-pitched bowling and loss of five wickets inside their first ten overs was too much to come back from as they fell to their seventh-straight T20I defeat. Such a run of form can dampen confidence, but the key for Andy Balbirnie’s team is to build on the positives they showed as they made the Proteas sweat for a little while.
In terms of South Africa’s preparation for this year’s T20 World Cup, it was another efficient batting display. Even without the quality of Rilee Rossouw and David Miller, the Proteas smashed another big score, once again showcasing their excellent depth. A similar outing here, along with an improved bowling display, will do nicely.
