Being a child of two professors, Bhogle was set in his academics when he earned a Chemcial Engineering degree and studied a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management. His broadcasting career began at the age of 19 when he started commentating for the All India Radio. He became the first Indian commentator to be invited by ABC for India’s 1991-92 tour and thus his international career began.
